Privacy Policy

Pristine Clean Auto Detailing LLC, operating as Pristine Clean Ceramic Coatings ("Pristine Clean," "we," "us," or "our"), is located at 300 Crest Drive, Suite G, Delmont, Pennsylvania 15626. This policy explains the information we may collect through our website, quote forms, scheduling tools, customer communications, and services.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, service interests, appointment details, photos, messages, feedback, and other information you choose to submit.

If you pay for a service or deposit electronically, payment information is processed by third-party payment providers. We generally do not store complete credit or debit card numbers ourselves.

Website and analytics information

Our website and service providers may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, approximate location, referring pages, pages visited, and interactions with the site. We may use analytics and advertising tools to understand website performance, measure advertising, prevent abuse, and improve customer experience.

How we use information

  • Respond to quote requests, questions, and customer-service inquiries.
  • Schedule, perform, document, and support requested services.
  • Send appointment information, service updates, maintenance reminders, and other transactional communications.
  • Send marketing messages where permitted and provide a way to opt out of promotional communications.
  • Process payments, deposits, refunds when applicable, and maintain business records.
  • Analyze website and advertising performance and improve our services.
  • Detect fraud, protect our business and customers, and comply with legal obligations.

How information may be shared

We may share necessary information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as scheduling, customer-relationship management, communications, analytics, advertising, website hosting, payment processing, accounting, and similar providers. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, respond to lawful requests, or in connection with a business transaction.

We do not sell customer contact information as a standalone product.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, our business records, warranty or service support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable legal or tax requirements. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or correct contact information we maintain about you. You may opt out of promotional email or text messages using the method provided in the message or by contacting us. Transactional communications relating to an active appointment, purchase, warranty, or service relationship may still be sent when appropriate.

Third-party services and links

Our site may link to or integrate with third-party scheduling, payment, mapping, social-media, analytics, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date shown above reflects the current version.

Service Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to website use, estimates, appointments, deposits, and automotive services provided by Pristine Clean unless a written estimate, invoice, warranty document, or other signed agreement states different terms for a specific service.

Service-specific estimates, invoices, coating warranties, PPF terms, or written agreements may contain additional requirements and will control if they conflict with this general page.

Estimates and pricing

Website prices, advertised prices, and preliminary quotes may be starting prices or estimates. Final pricing may depend on vehicle size, condition, contamination, prior repairs, requested coverage, correction level, additional labor, and the scope approved by the customer. We will communicate material changes to the agreed scope or price before completing additional chargeable work whenever reasonably possible.

Deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling

Some appointments require a deposit to reserve shop time. Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking, deposits are non-refundable because appointment time and resources are reserved for the customer. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice when an appointment must be changed. We may allow a deposit to transfer to one rescheduled appointment when adequate notice is provided, subject to the booking terms communicated for that appointment.

Vehicle condition and pre-existing damage

Customers should disclose known paintwork, repainting, body repairs, film, coatings, fragile components, electrical issues, aftermarket parts, or other conditions that may affect the service. Some defects or prior damage become visible only after cleaning, decontamination, lighting inspection, polishing, film removal, or disassembly. Pristine Clean is not responsible for damage or defects that existed before service or failures caused by defective, previously repaired, deteriorated, or improperly installed components.

Personal property

Please remove money, valuables, sensitive documents, firearms, medications, and important personal items before leaving a vehicle. For interior services, heavily filled consoles, glove boxes, compartments, or storage areas may be skipped unless specifically discussed. We are not responsible for personal property left inside the vehicle except to the extent required by applicable law.

Timing and completion

Quoted completion times are estimates. Paint condition, curing, weather, film installation, contamination, prior repairs, supplier delays, equipment issues, or other circumstances can change turnaround time. We will communicate significant delays when practical.

Ceramic coatings and maintenance

Coating longevity and any applicable Pristine Clean warranty depend on proper maintenance and the written requirements associated with the coating package purchased. Improper washing, abrasive polishing, collision or repaint work, harsh chemical exposure, neglect, or other outside conditions can reduce coating performance and may affect warranty coverage. The written warranty or guarantee provided with a specific package controls over this general summary.

Paint correction and appearance expectations

Paint correction is intended to improve defects within safe limits; it does not guarantee removal of every scratch, etching mark, chip, stain, sanding mark, texture issue, or defect. Some defects are too deep to safely remove without compromising clear coat or paint. Results depend on paint thickness, paint type, prior repairs, vehicle history, and starting condition.

Paint protection film

PPF installations may show minor texture, seams, edges, relief cuts, or small installation characteristics that are normal for film and vehicle geometry. Existing chips, repaint issues, weak paint, touch-up paint, prior film removal, bodywork, or damaged panels can affect installation and removal. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's separate warranty terms.

Service concerns

If you believe a service was not completed as agreed, contact us promptly so we can inspect the concern. We ask that workmanship concerns be reported within 48 hours of vehicle pickup when reasonably discoverable. When a valid workmanship issue is confirmed, our preferred remedy is the opportunity to inspect and correct the affected portion of the service.

Right to refuse or stop service

We may refuse, postpone, or discontinue work when a vehicle presents an unsafe condition, when requested work could reasonably damage the vehicle, when the requested result cannot be achieved safely, when payment or authorization is disputed, or when abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior occurs.

Website content

Website information is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and may be updated without notice. Photos and examples illustrate prior work but do not guarantee identical results on every vehicle. Unless otherwise stated, Pristine Clean website text, branding, original photography, and graphics may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These general terms are governed by applicable Pennsylvania law. Nothing on this page is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived.
