Pristine Clean Terms & Conditions.

The following information below will give you important information on our terms and conditions on how we operate as a business including but not limited to our services, our online scheduler/virtual shop, and our non refundable deposits


Non Refundable Deposits

All deposits made through our app/virtual shop are NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS. These deposits were put in place to protect our business from no call no shows and last minute cancellations. We have had weeks where we have lost all income due to cancelled appointments. In the event a scheduled job needs to be rescheduled we allow 1 graced appointment reschedule IF we are notified within 24 hours of the initial scheduled appointment without loss of deposit.

Ceramic Coating Warranty

We make it easy and convenient for customers to keep their warranty in check with out auto reminders for maintenance washes. These washes are REQUIRED to ensure proper maintenance is being done on these vehicles. Failure to schedule a maintenance wash, using contact auto washes, polishing your vehicle, or having your vehicle repainted all revoke this warranty provided on our behalf

Prior to performing any level of paint polishing on your vehicle within our coating services we do our due diligence to find defects that were there prior to completing any of our service work. Sometimes these defects are not noticeable until the vehicle exterior is washed. Pristine Clean Auto Detailing is not responsible for any previous damages committed prior to utilizing our services. We thoroughly document any visible damage prior to performing these services to cover both ourselves and our clienteles end. In the event that any form of damage occurs during your stay with us we will always notify our clientele and come up with a resolution for such problem that occurs.

Interior Detailing

Pristine Clean Auto Detailing is not responsible for any lost items during your visit with us. It is our job to detail and clean your vehicles to the best of our ability. It is not our job to know what the difference is between discardable items and items that should be kept in the vehicle. For this reason, we highly advise that you remove any important and personal belongings. We WILL NOT clean out and detail center consoles, glove boxes, or other components that are filled up with items.


Booking Terms

  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, trash, money, and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any interior detailing

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customers own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning procedures. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.

  • We cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting your booking.

  • Our detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the scheduled work.

  • We reserve the right to any one of our experienced staff to undertake your auto detailing needs and may need to change the detailer on short notice without penalty.

  • We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card to secure your booking.

  • We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and/or machinery or equipment failure.

  • Pristine Clean Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny any bookings and/or refused to continue with the scheduled work if they deem the customer to be unreasonable.

  • Pristine Clean Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked detailing services scheduled but will do everything they can to accommodate any additional requests

  • Pristine Clean Auto Detailing will NOT tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff any ANY circumstances and will take the relevant actions necessary should such behaviors be encountered.

Pricing and Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve appointments above $200 in value with Pristine Clean Auto Detailing.

  • Our prices are based on detailing type, size of vehicle and the condition of the vehicle.

  • The rates you see online are only estimates. Your vehicle cost may vary after we perform our pre-detail inspection

Cancellation Terms

  • We require 24 hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.

  • If an appointments is not cancelled within our 24 hour requirement we reserve the right to "Blacklist" the client; no longer allowing them to schedule future appointments with Pristine Clean Auto Detailing.

Service Guarantee

  • If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will, at our cost, redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service - free of charge.

  • Any claims must be filed within 48 hours of the completion of the service by phone or email (

  • Pictures of the area must be emailed to or texted to (412)-680-8455 within 24 hours of the claim being made.
